It breaks our hearts to write this, but we're looking for a loving new home for our dog Duke. He's a Cane Corso x Presa Canario -- He is so full of love, affection, and always eager for attention.
Unfortunately, with a change in family circumstances, we are struggling to meet his exercise and care needs. Due to his size and strength, he isn't getting the time he deserves, Duke needs some training, he loves a walk and needs a lot of exercise, sometimes we can do a 10 mile walk and he is still wanting to go further
Duke is a healthy, happy dog with no health issues. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and full of personality, though he does tend to pull on the lead, he is a nervous dog whilst out walking, but he is still such an amazing pup. We want to ensure he finds a home that can give him the time, attention, and activity he deserves.
He doesn’t like to be left for to long and has been known to chew things if left for to long, he has such a lovely kind nature and I just want the best for him! He currently lives with children, and another dog ( I feel he would benefit a child free home, or older children, but definitely a home with another dog as like I've said he doesn't like to be alone.)
With him being a puppy still (D.o.B 18th January 2025) he can still learn tricks, he currently knows sit, down, and beg. He is amazing with recall, I will continue to work with him on these and more until I can find him his forever home.
He will come with his crate if needed, his lead and harness, his bowls and a bag of dog food.
