We have come to the sad decision to let our home bred Champion titled Queen, Izzie (she is one off a Grand Champion but covid got in the way of her final grand certificate). She was bred by us, in our home and has lived with us since. She is GCCF Registered but now spayed and looking for her forever home from 6th October, once fully recovered from her spay operation.
She’s a blue tortie bicolour with the most exquisite deep blue eyes.
Izzie is the most beautiful Ragdoll I think I’ve ever laid eyes on, the comments from the judges at the shows were always so lovely, they all commented on her beauty. She’s currently got her summer coat, so it’s shorter than it would be usually. Her winter coat is glorious, she’s so fluffy!
Izzie would suit a lovely calm home environment with older children. She’d never harm younger children, she’s the biggest softie you’ll ever meet. But she’d just go out of the way from them because they’re a bit loud and bouncy for her. So I want her to be able to thrive in either a single/couple home or family with older children only.
She’s such a soppy girl, will sit for chin scratches all day long if you’d let her. She’s a through and through lap cat and she goes against the grain and loves female owners, she likes male ones too, but she tends to be closest to me (usually female cats go to men owners and male cats go to women, more so). The second I walk in the room she’s straight up to me rubbing against my legs for attention. She gets on well with other cats in the home but I’d only like her to live with one she she doesn’t feel the need to beg for attention, I want her to just be adored and have all the attention she can get.
She could live with low energy dogs too quote happily. She’d make a great companion for a home worker, someone retired, or a family whom just has a quieter way of life with slightly older children who understand calm and cats. Snuggling up on your lap all day receiving chin scratches would just be ideal for Izzie.
She’s just had her booster jab done so not due it again for another 12months.
Izzie lives in our home with us and our young children.
