Hi it’s with deepest regret that I’m having to sell my partially blind Exhibition Budgie Scamp due to my dogs respiratory issues, Scamp is around 8 months old and is partially blind but he can move about and climb just like a normal budgie, he has the most sweetest temperament you can imagine, he loves to cuddle up close to you and will literally stay on your shoulder all day, he loves hair and snuggling into it, there are no special requirements other than he obviously needs to get acclimatised to where his food and perches are in his cage and then he’s fine, just like any other budgie he loves millet! He’s a very happy chirpy boy and comes from a top breeder or exhibition budgies so has great quality in him, Scamp doesn’t fly he chooses not to because of his sight, he will step up everytime so well, he’s an absolute sweetheart and just so adorable.
