Here we have beautiful Meg.
Meg is a small size patterdale, we initially thought this girl was still a puppy as she is so small, but she is actually 6 years old.
Meg found herself in rescue as her deaf & non verbal owner could no longer keep her after having to move home.
Meg is a very playful girl considering her age, she can get excited when sees other dogs as she wants to play, but her excitement quickly calms. Meg is dog friendly and has been playing with our other resident dogs, she is also child friendly & came from a home with a young baby & toddlers.
Due to the current crisis within the rescue world, all rescues in the uk are full, with many heartbreakingly having to close due to a lack of funds, lack of support & a lack of adoptions.
Even the rspca & the wardens are completely overwhelmed & pound dogs are now only given 7 days before the kill list.
The rescues who would usually save these poor dogs from the list are unable to do so as they are full - yet the amount of dogs needing help just keeps growing
Due to the ongoing crisis we are looking for a foster to adopt home asap so we can free up her space to save another.
Unfortunately we have been nonstop, and rescuing, transport, caring for the dogs & vet runs take priority over admin.
