Ready now. Our rambunctious litter from our working line Springer spaniel (training to work but not yet worked a season with us as i was unable to get out last season) by our retired labcollie cross dog. Mum is a sweet and gentle soul handled and trained by our 7yo daughter. Dad is our retired yet active boy whose dual nature enabled him to both retrieve game and herd the chickens into the coop and night and the ducks from the pond.
They will be medium sized, energetic, athletic and intelligent dogs with need for active, sporting or working homes. Fab for flyball, agility, canicross, mantrailing etc. Or non competitive working. The little black pup is staying on to join our team here. As a combination of 3 working breeds they would not suit a couch and garden style home requiring plenty of both mental and physical stimulation as they mature.
Pups have been health checked by our vet, wormed up to date, microchipped and have received their first vaccinations (inc. lepto 4) on the 10th June, second injections are due on July 8th.
Pups will be well socialised and acclimatised to all the noises and activities of a busy smallholding household and beyond as well as being litter trained, crate trained, and exposed to car journeys, dogs, cats, horses, children etc. To prepare them for life in their new homes.
They have visited the local school for puppy yoga with the children. Also come along with our older dogs to training sessions at the training centre for lots of experiences and socialisation. Multiple trips in the car for car training.
Whelped in the family livingroom until 4 weeks, then moved into the heated house kennel to protect my furniture from teething curiosities and protect them from ingesting what they shouldn't whilst giving them the space needed to grow, play and learn.
Reared on a combination of DAF raw food and CSJ puppy kibble. They will come with a puppy pack each including training treats, scented blanket, a swatch of their toilet astroturf patch to help with toilet training in their new environment and 15kg sack of food to get you started while you find your own CSJ stockist or gradually change food brands to prevent upset tummies.
