Lovely Grizzly Type Huntaway Bitch – Tanwen, 3 Years Old
Meet Tanwen, a beautiful Grizzly type Huntaway with a distinctive wiry coat and a truly lovely temperament.
She has a wonderful nature—gentle, affectionate, and great with people. Tanwen is intelligent, loyal, and calm, making her a joy to have around. She’s the kind of dog who enjoys company and gives it back in equal measure.
Tanwen comes from excellent breeding lines, with her father imported directly from New Zealand, ensuring strong heritage and true Huntaway character.
She is reluctantly for sale, as working sheep on the farm just isn’t for her—she shows little interest in chasing stock. However, she would make an outstanding companion or family dog in the right home, where her loving and easy-going personality can truly shine.
Unfamiliar with a Huntaway? The Huntaway is a New Zealand working breed originally developed for herding livestock. They’re known for their intelligent and good-natured temperament. Labradors were used in back breeding, so Huntaways share similar traits—friendly, loyal, and great with people. They make excellent companions in both rural and active family settings.
