Description

I sadly and very heartbreakingly need to re-home my beloved three year-old cat Vex due to a change in circumstances. He is not happy living with my partner and her dogs, even after a year of slow introductions and training. The dogs just want to play with him, but he wants to be on his own and in his own space. Despite trying to keep them separate in the house, it's now causing him more stress than good, as he wants freedom and to be with us all the time, and we can't be in two places at once :( It's not fair to the little guy. He's a really loving, sassy and very talkative. He will cuddle you in bed or while watching TV. If you have guests over, he will want to greet them all with a fuss and is very people-friendly, unlike any other cat I've ever met. I've had him since he was a kitten, and he's hardly had any health issues. He's always been fully insured, on pet health plans and fed the best food I can give him. He's currently on Purina food. He's microchipped and was neutered at 6 months. We all love him so much, but sadly, he needs to live on his own as it's causing him stress. I would advise that he cannot be with other pets as he gets jealous and doesn't like sharing his space and owner. He has lived with dogs for almost a year, but I don't feel confident leaving them together on their own. He has lived with another cat and got ok on. He is generally good-tempered and will play with most children (over 8, I'd say). He's been an indoor cat all his life, but has slowly started to adventure out in the back garden, not essential. I want him to go to a new loving owner who will care for him. I have plenty more pictures to add at some point. I can include all his things, trays and food for you. He is happiest when someone can spend at least a few hours a day with him for attention and cuddles. I'm happy to rehome him for free to the right home. The microchip would be transferred to you. I would take him back if needed until he finds his forever home. Thank you.
