Description
Puppies arrived safely yesterday - 20th January - all 11 (7 girls and 4 boys) doing very well and Scout is being a fabulous mum (new photos attached taken at a few hours and this morning). Once the pups are two weeks old, I will update again with individual photos (although I’ve just realised that I can’t update the number in the litter from the original post!). I will arrange by phone for visits for those families who have received contact. I’m afraid that we had more interest than puppies so we will make decisions based on our perception of the best homes. Thank you for your patience - they are totally worth it!!

Scout, our much-loved wellbeing and family dog, has just turned five and is expecting her second and final litter around 20th January. A recent scan estimates approximately nine puppies.
Scout lives with us as both a cherished pet and a working school wellbeing support dog. Her previous—and only—litter was almost three years ago, and we kept one of her daughters, Roamer, who can be seen with her mum. Roamer is equally adored and now works alongside Scout as a wellbeing dog in the school where we live and work.
Both Scout and Roamer have been professionally temperament tested, confirming their suitability for working with children and in busy, noisy environments. They handle everyday life with exceptional calmness and show no reactivity. From Scout’s previous litter of 11 puppies, four went on to live with families where children have SENDs, which we feel speaks volumes about the dogs’ temperaments. We remain in touch with many of these families via WhatsApp and are happy to share photos and updates.
Scout has been fully DNA health tested, with results available to view on her Kennel Club pedigree. Her KC name is Kenxtwen Amelia Candy, and she is the granddaughter of Field Trial Champion FT CH Mediterian Blue. We collected Scout from Anglesey in North Wales.
The sire is ‘Ruga’ – Kentwone Great Hurricane who is just one day younger than Scout. This is only his second litter, both with Scout, as he is not a regularly used stud—helping to safeguard and preserve his bloodline.
Our absolute priority is finding exceptional, loving homes for these beautiful, intelligent, and affectionate puppies. For this reason, we are inviting expressions of interest ahead of their arrival, allowing us to carefully match each puppy with the right family.
