Description

•Sold as pair as filly is too young to wean - please don’t ask for this to be done early •Will only be sold seperately if still with me at weaning date •If with me at point of weaning filly will be CHAPS or TGCA registered •Price is non negotiable they’re already pennies •I will not answer any questions that are already answered within this advert or ‘what is your best price’ messages Laini’ (Milclaire Mary Jane) & filly ‘Remi’ Laini is a 14hh medium weight cob Companion or broodmare only One beautiful big blue eye but the other was lost in an accident as a foal (Doesn’t bother her and isn’t an issue but wasn’t closed properly & still open. My vet is happy with it I just ensure she wears a mask in summer to stop the flies) Remi is a stunning filly to make 14.3-15.1 (vets estimation) Dad is Hermits Golden Illusion but covering was not done by the book so no cover certificate etc was issued (I bought mum while pregnant) Dad is 14.3 & heavyweight palamino cob Mum is 14 & medium weight coloured cob Remi is well handled, picks her feet up, will be led around nicely and calmly, loves to be fussed and loves to be centre of attention. Laini is good to handle Always loaded into a trailer nicely and travelled well but not been tried since having Remi Is a total fidget for the farrier but is barefoot Will have a bath but isn’t thoroughly impressed about it for the first 15-20 minutes Does enjoy a good groom Has been handled by all my children as you can see in the photographs This has been a difficult decision as I never wanted to part with either really especially Remi, however huge changes in my self employed work & ultimately in turn family now mean I just can’t give them what they need right now & family who are non horsey are tending to them on my behalf, although they do currently live out until Oct. I believe Remi will make someone a truly magnificent show mare due to her temperament and markings - she was born 05/05/25
