Beautiful male cockatoo
Told he is 10 years old
Had this Beautiful boy 6 weeks and he is now doing amazing
There were a few things I was not told about before I bought him.....
Like he is not keen on men atall in particular my husband to the point where my husband can no longer even go in kitchen as the bird screams for 1 hour. I have tried so hard to make this work but I'm sinking to be honest and its causing friction in the house
I have a 6 month old baby and the screaming frightens and wakes my baby up
I'm heartbroken as I love the bird so much and he's obsessed with me!
He came to me a mess but he is doing better and has 3x actual showers a week has parrot vitamins and massive cage and all new toys he is also now on low sunflower seed diet
He goes out in garden for a hour a day with me I have been told by old owners he can't fly but unsure why
I have never seen him fly
Please only women contact who live alone or have grown up daughters or a patient man
If you know nothing about cockatoo please don't get one as a first bird im an experienced parrot keeper and even I am stuck managing my current situation
He has never biten me but loves to chew so needs plenty of toys and out of cage tim
