Mendiko have the pleasure to make available to the right home one of our female Pyrenean mastiff puppies. All puppies from the litter were reserved, but Armiarma’s new home had a change of circumstances and she is now looking for a new home.
She is fully vaccinated and has had extensive socialisation with our stable adult dogs, with 2 vet checks, and full KC registration. We have now submitted for acceptance to the KC, the official breed standard, so hopefully by the end of this year will be able to show the breed at KC licensed shows.

All puppies will be endorsed as not to be bred from to pet or working homes.
They will be accustomed to sheep and livestock, heavily socialised with children and other dogs/pets,
Aswell as all aspects of a busy family life. All puppies are raised in accordance with our stringent socialisation methods in line with our 5* license.
Sire to the litter Zeke is a gentle giant. He weighs close to 90kg and isn’t yet finished growing, the boys can carry on growing to past 4 years old
Mum Larru, is an absolute sweetheart too, and quite large for a female at around 72kg.
We also have here a full sibling that is 18 months old from a previous mating. Otso.
Although they are very laid back and easy dogs the do however need a strong leader that will set firm boundaries as a puppy, that will shape and set them up for a stable adulthood.
They have very little prey or food drive therefore as adults are not ones to chase/ be rewarded with tit bits. So any puppy training should be done with praise and love
As adults they are very loyal, independent, calm family guardians - however all this starts with the correct raising.
Mum and dad are both hip scored with the OFA, dad with some of the best results we’ve ever seen.
We have an incredible amount of experience raising and training livestock guardian dogs, amongst others, and are here to offer support and advice for the life of your dogs.
You will receive full extensive support/backup from an experienced LGD owners. To include on going training if needed.
