Hello 👋
This is my girl sprite, she's about a year old now and she had a partner at the pet shop, I fell victim to pet shop pity and I got her after they had sold her partner on his own to someone else, she looked so alone and upset so I thought she would be happy in my flock at home, I thought since she was still young there was a chance she could remate or atlest accept the others as her friends.... I was very wrong she's very mean to the other and I've tried time and time again but she's just not for being nice and I feel bad she can't be with other birds because she's tried to injure the others... Several times 😅
Her cage was a temporary one I got since I was hoping to have her in the bird room instead of a cage but that didn't work out so she's stayed in it for a while now.
I don't want her to be lonely and idk if she's sad or angry hearing the other birds in the other room it's a screaming match either way 😂 but I just feel like she would do better with someone who can look after her and just her as I don't really have time going room to room spending time with her to then spend time with the other parrots.
(Her cage is also zip tied because I didn't have a clip and I was worried she could open it, the zip tie is backwards so it can be removed and refused easily)

Behaviour issues: doesn't like other birds and has bitten others hard as well as chasing them down for a while, not aggressive to humans tho quite fearful
She really likes her nesting box and loves to hide (ik this doesn't help her behaviour with hormones and all but she seems happy just living life in her box building a nest instead of socialising)
