The Cockador was first bred with working dogs in mind, they have since become one of the most popular family dogs in the UK and other countries alike. WE ARE AMAZED….having bred top quality super intelligent working dogs for many years this super litter of Cockador’s are already proving to have superb natures and so intellegent. Having carefully selected mum our home bred dark fox red Labrador who is a lovely example of the breed being gentle and super intelligent, both her parents belonged to us. Dad is a lovely cocker spaniel stud dog, he is a wonderful little dog and great with children and other dogs. And produces an unusual range of coloured offspring.
As licensed breeders we take the quality of our puppies and the care of our adult dogs very seriously, we also strive to breed not only healthy puppies but also that they have good temperaments and are suitable therefore to become part of the families they join.
Yes, Cockadors make great family pets! They are friendly, intelligent, and loving companions that can be a great addition to any family. Due to their social nature, they get along well with children and other household pets.
Cockadors make loyal and protective guardians for the home but will always be gentle with their owners. They are easy to train and respond well to positive reinforcement methods such as treats or praise. As long as they get enough physical activity and mental stimulation, Cockadors can make beautiful additions to any family looking for a lovable companion.

Extremely friendly and outgoing natures, being playful, busy, eager to please and curious about the world around them. They are Easy going and keen to be friends with everyone. We are confident that they will make wonderful family dogs, a little smaller than your average Labrador (good fit for car journeys) easy to train, good health…..the list goes on and on, with to my knowledge no negatives.
We can vouch for both parents temperaments and mum is more than happy to show you her babies., they live with small children, other dogs, horses, chickens and even a kitten.
Under normal market conditions we would be expecting puppies of this quality to be considerably more, however the market is still flooded with inexperienced unethical breeders who do not incur the expense of licensing, DNA health testing for hereditary illness and correct care for their dogs.
Your puppy will also leaving having been health checked by our vet, 1st vaccination given, microchipped copies of parents paper work, contract, comfort blanket, toy, food and all the help and advice you need.
