Beautiful Ebony 15hh Welsh Section D Mare.
Recently bought as a project for my teenager but Ebony needs more experienced owners.
She has had a few homes previously and is very timid but has come out of herself and likes to be groomed by my daughters. She thrives on calm and patience.
She isn't nasty, but it is like everything is new to her and she gets nervous.
We bought her as previously backed but not ridden for over a year, so would need re backing.
She would make an excellent show jumper as she has jumped out of her field a few times, albeit the wire fencing is possibly too low. She is a minx of a mare. She would be best suited to a field with electric or wooden fencing.
She is very strong willed, a typical mare and seems to know we lack experience, so is difficult to catch from the field on occasion as she enjoys eating the grass.
Hoping to find Ebony an over 18s experienced owner who can bring out the best in her.
My daughter is really upset as she has bonded with Eb so quickly but I just don't feel we are the right experienced family for her.
