Hope For Happy Life dog’s rescue THE ADVANCEMENT OF ANIMALS Objectives and activities To promote humane behaviour towards dogs in Bulgaria in particular but not exclusively . To relive the suffering of animals by : supporting financially, by way of grants to rescuers who provide appropriate care, protection, veterinary treatment, and security for dogs which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circomstances or ill policies. Rehoming dogs who are in need of rehoming. Provide emergency boarding for the dogs who become abandoned through owners critical circumstances. Educating the public in matters pertaining to dog’s welfare in general and the need for Spay & Neuter in particular. Support existing owners of the dogs with advice on health care, behaviour issues and training connecting with reputable animal organisations and behaviourist, to improve dog welfare avoid premature decisions of the owners to give dog up . Activities Supporting financially by way of grants and with advice, so that the dogs in the care of our preferred rescuers can be fed, cared for and given veterinary treatment as and when necessary. 1. The transportation and rehoming of dogs from Bulgaria to the UK. 2. Providing veterinary care to those dogs that require veterinary care over and above the usual veterinary care required. I.e specific or lifesaving surgery and/or treatment. 2. The spay & neuter of both street and owned dogs ( especially in rural areas) ; furthermore giving advice and assist in practical help on the up-keep for those dogs that are owned, thereby improving their standards of welfare. How organisation raised funds : The charity’s principal source of funds come via adoption fees, donations restricted and unrestricted, and fundraising activities, which consists in the main of auctions, raffle. 1. Adoption fee for re- homed animal. 2. Friends, family , public donation through FB appeal. 3. Sale of donated items. 4. Dog’s food donation by public through appeal. Raising funds in future: 1.
