We have two cats that gave birth 1 week apart. A domestic Calico with 4 female kittens that are ready to collect by the 1st of June and a domestic Tuxedo with 4males + 1 female ready the following week. Both mums are actually sisters. Interestingly enough almost all kittens look like their dad (neighbours Don Tom)
