This is an online form that is very easy to complete.
Polly was recently sold at a heavily reduced price by her breeder and has been passed through several homes through absolutely no fault of her own until she was taken by a lady to stop her being given away again.
The lady was shown a picture of her with her mum who is a Jack Russell. We don’t think she is going to be a very big dog.
She is a quiet girl who is slowly coming out of her shell and has started to enjoy being stroked and cuddled.
We are looking for a calm home for her where she can finally start to settle, someone where at least one person is home most of the time as puppies need a lot of input at this age and someone who can continue with her socialisation and training.
We are not the breeder and do not have mum, we have been advised by the team at Pets4homes that their system doesn’t give an option to not check these options even they do not apply to rescues.
She is microchipped and vet checked. She was given a first vaccination by her breeder but the second was missed. This needs to be restarted, we will give her first vaccination if your vet confirms that they use a compatible vaccination for the second vaccine. Our vet uses Lepto 2 not Lepto 4.
All of our animals are cared for in foster homes until they find their forever homes, this gives them time to adjust if they have lived in an outdoor environment.
All of our animals come with 7 days worth of food and 5 weeks insurance from Agria Pet Insurance, as-well as lifetime rescue backup
Adoption is subject to a home check and adoption contract.
In some instances an initial home check may be able to be completed via video call.
Once we have received your application someone will be in touch to discuss her and arrange a home check if you would like to proceed.
If an application is not successful on this occasion we will contact you to ask if you would like to be placed on our waiting list.
