Silas is a foxy fella & has a distinguished personality that’s sets him aside somewhat from the crowds. All the boys & girls are beautiful & individual though some bring a presence that stands out - and boy does this lad have a lovely & different aura. It’s clear in his showcase how easy going, non demanding & gracious he is. If ever an animal had the right to understandably push forward it’s the rescues that are starved of affection & homeless. Yet so many of them are desperate for that love for only moments before they sit calmly & wait for attention- Silas takes that miraculous tranquility a step further by not bull dozing through at all. He’s joyful, keen, loving & bright & a Sean Connery when it comes to composure. Equally he brings a sprinkling of Brando in his foxy good looks, doesn’t let himself get bullied & often he wants time to sit off & chill. He approaches you like a breeze & so very calmly puts his head in your lap for strokes. He will stay there forever or at least until you can’t. So what you get with Silas is so many qualities that mold around your life whether it’s a youthful animation, Independence while you work, spooning when you relax, adventures with people &/or other dogs, a respect and liking of children, a passive laid back nature mixed with decisive & directness with his counterparts & all in all an instant family member. There is no food possession, reactivity or hope if he doesn’t find his special person/s. All this wonderment from a dog that lived with a Women before loosing her & ended up with the gypsies. Silas deserves a break so please change his horizon. He’s a dog at risk
