Description

PLEASE READ. No young children. Heartbreakingly, we are looking to rehome our beautiful little max. He is 17 weeks old, fully up to date with his vaccinations and flea/worming treatment. He is doing fantastic with his training. Really keen to learn. Although a complete darling and loving pup. He is very timid. He is amazing with other dogs, loves playing with them on walks and have never shown any shyness towards them or other animals. However, he does not like to be approached quickly by other people. Once he has met them, he is his loving self and becomes an excitable puppy. To help build his confidence we have done what our trainer has suggested and asked people to not approach him and allow him to approach if he wants too. This issue at home is i have young children. He is not coping well with being around them, when they're playing. He has given a few warning growls and we can tell he is uncomfortable. We do want him being unhappy or uncomfortable or knowingly having our children unsafe. In calm moments and evenings he is truly an incredible pup with a living personality. He just needs a quieter home where movements, sounds ect aren't as unpredictable. This is such a hard decision which we haven't come to lightly, but ultimately we want him to feel happy and comforting in his own home as well as us and the children. We are happy to discuss this further with his potential new family and answer any questions openly and honestly. He deserves a 5* home and so, I will be asking questions about you and your lifestyle also. He will come with everything he needs.
