Dennis is a very handsome and loving Labrador. He is a typical happy and playful Labrador Who loves to play fetch For as long as you are willing to play with him.
He has just turned 4 and is in foster care due to a change in his owners working , no fault of his own.
He is very affectionate and wants to be everyone’s friend.
He has come into his foster home like he’s been there forever. He’s getting on great with both big and small dogs and we have been advised by his previous owner that he has grown up with an indoor cat.
He loves to go for a walk. His previous owner has advised that he sometimes barks through excitement when he sees other dogs and he’s on a lead, however he hasn’t done this with us.
His recall is pretty good.
He is fully housetrained and sleeps in a large crate at night, which can come with him.
He is a very kind dog, he is living in a foster home with children 10 and 12.
He would love a home with an active person or couple who wanted a loving companion to join them for walks. He is a young Labrador and whilst he doesn’t jump up and is pretty well behaved Labradors are a breed that need regular exercise and a garden to play in.
All of our animals are cared for in foster homes until they find their forever homes, this gives them time to adjust if they have lived in an outdoor environment.
All of our animals come with 7 days worth of food and 5 weeks insurance from Agria Pet Insurance, as-well as lifetime Rescue Backup. Microchip transfer is completed by us.
Adoption is subject to a home check and adoption contract. In some instances an initial home check may be able to be completed via video call.
Once we have received your application someone will be in touch to discuss him and arrange a home check if you would like to proceed.
If an application is not successful on this occasion we will contact you to ask if you would like to be placed on our waiting list.
