✨ About Louie
Louie is one of those rare souls who quietly steals your heart. With his soft eyes, gentle nature, and shy but loving personality, he’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply once he trusts you. He’s calm, affectionate, and has the sweetest way of nudging your hand for a fuss or curling up nearby just to be close.
At first, Louie can be cautious with new people or situations, but once he feels safe, his true personality shines through, he becomes playful, loving, and full of warmth. He’s known for doing a funny little “smile” when he’s happy, and he’ll gently nudge you for fuss as if to say, “I’m so glad you’re here!"
Louie is brilliant with other chill dogs and loves their company. He’s playful, enjoys exploring the garden, and often dozes peacefully outdoors, watching the world go.
He’s also a bit of a foodie and loves to supervise kitchen activities (just in case something delicious falls his way).
He’s about to start confidence building sessions with our trainer, and we’re so excited to see him continue to bloom. Louie has been through so much, but soon he will be in a home of his own!
📖 His Story
Louie was found in a dangerous area of Macedonia as a puppy, alongside his mum and siblings. They were rescued and taken to Happy Shelter, where he spent the next few years waiting for a chance at family life. He’s now in the UK with us his foster family.
