Description
I never thought I’d be in a position where I had to write this, but due to changes in our family circumstances, I need to find a new home for my two dogs, Kulfi and Coco. They’re not just dogs, they’ve been our companions and best friends since we’ve had them. Letting them go is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.
Kulfi is just over 2 years old, mix of Maltese and Bichon Frise, full of personality and love. She’s healthy, fully neutered, and microchipped, and she’s been cared for with so much love and attention. She adores her Butternut Box meals, enjoys long walks in the countryside, and spends her afternoon in long, cozy naps. She’s house trained and will gently tap your knee when she needs to go outside or will just stare at the garden door. She can be a little vocal when she sees other dogs or people on walks, but that’s just her trying to protect those she loves, and she’s improving every day.
Coco is Kulfi’s brother, the same breed and age, and every bit as charming in his own way. He’s been neutered and microchipped, and while he has a slimmer frame and some ongoing gut sensitivities that we haven’t been able to fully diagnose due to financial constraints, he’s otherwise fit, healthy, and full of life. Where Kulfi dives headfirst into her meals, Coco prefers to take his time, savoring each bite. He enjoys his walks, but what he loves most is a good nap; he spends much of the day curled up, making the cosiest lap dog you could ask for. He’s affectionate, gentle, and has a calmness about him that makes him such an easy companion to live with.He does have a funny little habit of barking at pigeons, but otherwise, Coco is better behaved on walks than his sister, and a joy to take out.
They have filled our life with joy and I couldn’t have asked for better companions. The most important thing is that they go to a home where they will be loved, cherished, and truly cared for. We purchased the dogs for £1500 each. The £200 for the dogs is just to cover admin costs and thing to help them ease into their new environment.
I hope to find someone who will see them not just as pets, but as family members. If you think you could give Kulfi and Coco the love and happy home they deserve, please get in touch.
