This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write, but my gorgeous boy deserves the very best — a home full of love, time, and adventure.
He’s an absolutely amazing dog with the biggest heart. He’s grown up around children and has the gentlest temperament — patient, kind, and full of love. He adores people and will happily lean in for cuddles with anyone who’ll give him a fuss. He’s a true “Velcro dog” — he loves being close to his person and will happily curl up beside you on the sofa after a long day.
He’s great both on and off the lead, listens well, and loves nothing more than chasing a ball (he’d do it all day if you let him!). He’s full of energy, always ready for a walk, a run, or any kind of adventure — but equally happy to relax at home once he’s had his exercise.
He can be a bit 50/50 with other dogs — he’s not aggressive, but he prefers calm introductions and his own space sometimes. He has lived with another dog so is use to sharing attention and would happily live with another dog with the right energy.
I’m rehoming him due to personal circumstances — after a breakup, I’ve found myself as his sole carer, and if I’m honest, I’m struggling. It breaks my heart to admit it, but I’ve started to feel resentment that he doesn’t deserve. He needs — and deserves — someone who can give him more love and joy than I can right now.
He truly is a once-in-a-lifetime dog: loyal, loving, and full of life. If you’re looking for a best friend who will love you unconditionally, follow you anywhere, and fill your days with laughter and affection, he’s your boy.
