This is Henry and he is 1 year old (DOB 13/7/2024). He is currently with his owners in Essex. Henry is being rehomed as he is a very active dog who needs an active family. He lives with older dogs who are not impressed with his play so the tough decision has been made to find him a new home.
Henry came over from Spain when he was a puppy and was old enough to travel. He tested negative to Mediterranean diseases.
So we need for Henry and active family who are out on walks a lot, someone who is around the house a lot too as he is not used to being on his own. He could live with another dog but it must be a dog that can cope with high energy and of a similar age. An older dog would not work for Henry.
Henry is a Sabueso Hound with a prey drive so a home with cats or small furries is not recommended.
He is strong on the lead and will pull but he does love a good run around a secure enclosed field. Henry is currently 29kg and has recently been neutered.
Henry is a gangley & clumsy boy who doesn't know his own size so a home without young children is also recommended.
Henry is very affectionate boy with a lot to give to the right home.

Please note: We are looking for a secure garden with fencing or walls to a minimum of 5ft. We also need the dogs to be kept on a lead, long lunge lead or for people to use enclosed fields for off lead exercise as these dogs are scent hounds & have hunting backgrounds. We do not rehome with children under 8 years old.
