Hello, my name is Chef!
I am a medium haired mini dachshund/ sausage dog.
My owner recently went through a big career change and is working unsociable hours, and thus, with a heavy heart has to ****** his little buddie, who has given him so much joy.
I am of calm and quiet temperament, and choose to communicate with whistles, sneezes and wheezes rather than barks. Nothing gives me more pleasure to wrestle around with my owners arms and sit/ lie/ roll about in his lap (and watch him at all times). I am crate trained and can stay in my crate for up to 6 hours without any issues, although I much prefer constant human company and attention.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE OTHER DOGS OF ANY SIZE AS LONG AS THEY ARE FRIENDLY. Thus would love to go to a home with another friendly non-jealous playful dog. All I want is to be either playing with a doggy or human friend.
It is important to my owner that I go to a family home or with someone who is home most of the time and loves to go out and socialise with other people and dogs as I am pretty much a spoiled bratty baby.
I will come with all my accessories and necessities, including crate, blankets, different types of bowls, towels (I take regular showers coz of my short little legs), different types of leashes and harnesses, cute and functional winter coats, glow collar, nail clippers, poop bags, and 5 plus kilos of food and tasty snacks...and importantly...my ramp as I shouldn't be jumping too high.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE ME TO THE PARK DAILY AS I RUN LIKE THE WIND ON THE GRASS.
