Unfortunately we need to re-home our loving Labrador. Vets have said he is crossed with some kind of bull breed although his chip say Labrador.
He is barking alot at my teenagers yelling especially during autistic melt downs and council have said we cannot keep him anymore.
He is 4 years old, we've had him almost a year and he is the most loving dog, he's good with cats, babies and children (he just barks at shouting)
He is fine with other dogs, not had any aggressive episodes from him.
As labs can do he does chew a fair bit
He loves a cuddle and snuggling up watching the TV.
When we got him he wasn't used to walks and does still tire easily. But can walk off lead (he does walk ahead a little but has decent recall) he does pull on lead and is a strong dog.
Ideally he needs a calmer home potentially one with a big garden or space he can play he's do well with an older calm child or two. Although he's great with our toddlers he's a big strong dog and can knock them over.
We got him without much history and paperwork but happy to provide anything you need. Was vet checked in February and was given all clear although locating his chip was difficult.
He is due a set of vaccines
