We have had one of our wonderful KC registered working cocker spaniel pups returned to us through no fault of his own. The owner had underestimated the work involved with a puppy. He has been back with us for 2 weeks now and is a wonderful, loving, amazing little boy who is doing so well with his training. He is fully crate trained and will come with his crate.
Both parents are health tested and eye screened and this pup is hereditary clear for the various tests. Both parents can be seen - they are our family pets and they are both wonderful dogs with amazing temperaments.
Pup has been raised in busy loud house with young children and cats. He would be suited for an active lively and busy house, either pet or working. Whilst we don't work his parents, they are both gun dog trained and show great facility. He, as with his parents and brother, has a great off switch and loves snuggling on the sofa in the evening.
He has had both vaccinations and is microchipped and up to date on
flea and worm treatments.
PLEASE NOTE: during birth, he suffered an injury to one of his rear feet and has a couple of missing toes on one foot. It has had no impact at all on his walking, running or jumping.
Fantastically bred puppy with great pedigree and character, he has been priced due to his age (now 12 weeks) and the toe injury. It is going to break our heart to give him up now, but we have already kept one from the litter and we don't want to risk litter mate syndrome.
We want the best home possible for him and will be asking lots of questions about your situation and will insist on a contract that states he will not be resold and that if there are any issues he will come back to us.
Please only get in touch if you are truly interested, have researched the breed and have the time and space to give this wonderful pup the life he deserves. We will not be letting him go to just anyone - we would rather keep him than have him go somewhere he will not be happy and adored.
