Description
Unfortunately am having to sell my gorgeous dappled boy through no fault of his own but got him 1 week before I found out I was expecting my second child and 2 under 2 and a puppy is proving to be too much and my sweet boy deserves more time and attention then I can offer.
Buddy is 1 year 4 months and is microchipped, worm and flea treated with all vaccinations up to date and is vet checked every 3 months with monthly manicures. He loves a walk and is great with children, still in his puppy era and has a very playful temperament but loves a snuggle.
He is a typical dachshund so can be stubborn and vocal. He is crate trained and house trained however does still occasionally have slip ups as doesn't like going out in the rain. He is sociable around other dogs but can get a little anxious so might take him a minute to get comfortable. He does still have his male parts however we have never used him as a stud.

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
