Mum:

• Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS)
• Familial Nepropathy - Cocker Spaniel Type (FNC)
• Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-PRCD)
• Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
• Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC)
• Glycogen Storage Disease VII (GSDVII)
Mum is also hip & elbow scored.
Dad:
KC registered cocker spaniel - also our family pet. Brilliant nature, very calm and obedient. Dad has had extensive health tests and is clear from the following diseases that are commonly found with cocker spaniels:
• Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS)
• Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
• Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC)
• Familial Nepropathy - Cocker Spaniel Type (FNC)
• Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-PRCD)
• Glycogen Storage Disease VII (GSDVII)
• Paradoxical Pseudomyotonia
Dad is also hip & elbow scored. And gonioscopy (eyes) graded.
Mum and dad both have excellent temperaments – you’ll be able to meet them both when viewing the puppies. Their lovely natures have been passed on to their puppies, and this will continue to be nurtured during their first 8 weeks of life with us through daily handling and socialisation.
The puppies are being extremely well cared for in our family home - brought up around our young children, so will be accustomed to plenty of household noises. We give them the all-important early social stimulation and an introduction to the first elements of training early on to help the pups distinguish between their bed, play, eating and toileting areas, helping you and them with the transition to their new homes.
They will be microchipped, had their first vaccines, vet checked and be wormed up to date.
Our priority is that they go to the best possible homes, so please only apply if you’ve given careful consideration to what homing a puppy entails. Before we agree to any new homes we like to get to know you a little and will send you a short list of questions to ensure you’re a good match for our puppies.
If you would like to know more, please do get in touch. No question is a silly question – we’ve all been first time dog-parents at one point!
