Description

Gorgeous male Dachshund nearly 2 years old, looking for a loving new home. His mum was a smooth-haired Dachshund and his dad was a wire-haired Dachshund. He has a lovely black wiry coat and the sweetest little face. He is a friendly, affectionate little dog with lots of personality. He loves attention and company and enjoys being around people. He gets on well with children and other dogs and would make a lovely companion for the right person or family. He had his vaccinations on 31 January 2025, although his new owner may wish to speak to their vet about whether any vaccinations are now due. He is microchipped and his microchip paperwork/book is available. He is not neutered. He would really benefit from a home where he can have plenty of company, attention, walks and affection. ❤️

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own

Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints

They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
