Description
This is Merlin, due to unforeseen circumstances and no fault of his own, he has become available again and is looking for his forever home, unfortunately and very sadly his new owner before they could take him home became unwell and I've had to now start looking for a new home for him, which has been quite a shock as he's been reserved since he was two weeks old. He's Blue merle and tan in colour with one half blue eye. He weighed 1.7kg at his 8 weeks old vet check where he passed all of his health checks and was deemed fit and healthy and had his microchip. He is due to have his vaccinations as he hasn't had those with me. He's a very sweet lovable boy with a friendly playful personality who would make an amazing dog for anyone. He's very smart and inquisitive, he loves playing games and learning with you. His four siblings are now in their forever homes so it's important he finds his home soon bless him. He is ready to go now. I have given him the name Merlin for now but this can be changed by his new family.
He is one of five beautiful F1 Maltipoo puppies. Born on the 4th of June 2025. Mum Dreamer has been an absolutely wonderful mum bless her. She is a chocolate merle miniature poodle. She stands at 14 inches and weighs 7kg. She’s our much loved family pet, I also do dog agility with her and she is very loving and smart. She has a very calm attitude and sweet personality. This is her first litter and she has done amazing as a new mum. Dad, Gucci, is a KC registered Korean Maltese stud dog, he’s very tiny and weighs only 2kg, he's an amazing example of the Maltese breed, he also has a lovely temperament. This pairing was selected very carefully and both mum and dad have fantastic temperaments and health. Puppies will be small as adults, and make great family pets. They also have a hypoallergenic coat and are completely non moulting, which makes them good for allergy sufferers. They can suit both active and more relaxed homes. I’m looking for the best forever family homes for them.
All puppies will leave vet health checked and microchipped. The puppies are not going to have their first vaccinations with me as I find that it's best for them to have that with their new families as different vets vaccinations may not always match and also I like to leave it up to new families to decide when they want to vaccinate their puppy as some may want to start when they are slightly older or may want to discuss this with their own vet and get advice from them.
The puppies mum has been fully genetically DNA tested, and proved clear on all tests, so she can’t pass down any of these hereditary diseases to her puppies, you'll get a copy of this.
She’s tested clear for:
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
Gangliosidosis GM2
Neonatal encephalopathy with seizures (NEWS)
Osteochondrodysplasia (OCD)
Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-PRCD)
This test is on the official Kennel Club DNA testing scheme for Poodle (Miniature)
Von Willebrand Disease I (VWD1)
They will also be wormed at 2, 5 and 8 weeks with Panacur.
Puppies have been raised in a family home and used to all household noises, they will be handled everyday. They will be socialised with our other dogs. They will also be introduced to car rides and grooming, my mums a retired dog groomer so we’ll let them get used to the sound of a clipper as they will need regular grooming when they’re older.
