🖤 Meet Mickey 🖤 Mickey joined our colony in Dubai back in 2024. When we first met him, he was a very shy little boy. He had been injured, so we took him to the vet, where he received the treatment he needed, was neutered and vaccinated. Once Mickey recovered, he returned to the colony — and he never left. Not long afterwards, Mickey met Frog, and the two of them became best friends. They were completely inseparable. They did everything together and were always by each other's side. 💔 Sadly, earlier this year, Frog became very unwell and sadly lost his battle with cancer. After losing his best friend, Mickey moved to the mosque in front of our feeding station and chose to live there on his own. That has been his home ever since. He travelled to the UK almost a month ago and now in foster care 💚 Now we would love for Mickey's story to have a happy ending. ❤️ Mickey is an incredibly sweet, gentle and loving little boy who deserves the chance to discover what it feels like to have a real home of his own — a warm bed, a safe place to sleep, and someone who loves him as much as he deserves to be loved. He absolutely loves people and enjoys being stroked. Once he trusts you, his lovely personality really comes out — and his very loud purr is impossible not to love! 🥰 He's also a very playful boy and is extremely food motivated, which is always helpful when building a relationship with a new human. Mickey is a tiny black-and-white tuxedo boy, weighing just 3.5 kg.
