Description
It is with a really heavy heart that I am re-homing my lovely rabbits. It is the typical old scenario of not having enough time to properly care for these beautiful darlings. I call them The Twins as they look so similar in color but they are not related. The male is called Ralf who is nearly 5 and the female is called Fig who will be 3 in January. Both are neutered/spayed and are super bonded - THEY MUST STAY TOGETHER!
A little bit about Fig (lighter brown)...
She is 2 1/2 years old and was spayed in April. She has had 2 previous litters and is the kindest girl available. She is so incredibly friendly, loves strokes and head kisses and enjoys hopping around the garden playing with toilet roll tubes and eating kale. I adopted fig first then adopted Ralf as a friend. Her playful personality has shone even more since bringing Ralf home and they bonded within only a few days ❤️
Little Ralf (darker brown)...
Ralf is nearly 5 (in October) and is more reserved than Fig but you'll notice straight away how utterly gorgeous he is and how sweet his little round face is. He also enjoys eating Kale and stealing fallen plums from the tree. He's the first to come up to me when I go out to see them and equally loves affection. He endlessly grooms Fig and she often returns the licks.
Fig and Ralf currently live outdoors in a lovely big hutch and roam free in the garden during the day - they have never tried to escape, never bitten and never shown any aggression of any kind, not even when they first met! Given their nature, I believe they would also do really well in a QUIET indoor environment. We trialled them being indoors but I have a toddler and the screams and toy banging would make them jump so they were returned outdoors where they felt safe.
As briefly mentioned above, I am looking to rehome them because I have a toddler and also work full time. I hate to admit it but I just do not have the time to properly care for them. It breaks my heart beyond words but I know they need a new home and keeping them would make me selfish.
I am by no means desperate to rehome them and I will only let them go to an excellent home. Please reach out if you want to chat about Fig and Ralf but please do not message me if you are only interested in one of them - THEY COME AS A BONDED PAIR.
I do have their whole set up available too for £250. This includes fig/Ralf, amazing hutch (picture attached) which comes with a rain cover, food, bowls, straw, hay, litter trays, toys, blankets and large play pen ect - everything I have for them basically.
