Marley is a 1 year old Border Collie who unfortunately we no longer have the time for, He is a well behaved hyper little chap who loves nothing more than to play and learn.
He is not neutered.
He is very true to his breed and requires a lot of mental stimulation to tire him out.
He knows all the basics in terms of training, His recall is very good and we are mostly off lead when on walks. His on lead behaviour does need a bit of help as he does tend to pull and can be a little nervous around roads (doesn't like the loud cars) He's fully house trained and alerts when he needs the toilet. He's a sensitive soul and picks up on tone very quickly so a lot of positive reinforcement goes a long way with him. He is not treat driven, He is toy driven. He currently lives with a cat and they get along fine (she rules and he accepts it) He is fine left alone for short periods of time and has never displayed any destructive behaviours. He is very loyal and once he trusts in you will be your best friend, He has so much love to give and just needs his person to be able to devote the time and energy to give him what he so desperately deserves. He has never growled, bitten or snapped at any of us and has been around younger children and although boisterous is good with them. He is good with food, Doesn't guard it at all. Marley is genuinely the sweetest soul who will give you everything you desire in a pet as long as you can give him what he needs in terms of stimulation and care.
