Unfortunately we are looking for a new home for our lovely cocker called cookie. He's a lovely boy and very friendly, but our son has ASD/ADHD and whenever cookie barks loud it sets off our son and he becomes very overwhelmed by the loud sounds.
Cookie hasn't been neutered. He is deflead/dewormed every month and is healthy.
He is currently eating royal canin gastrointestinal dry food as we have tried other brands and they don't agree with him, this one has been the only one that works well and keeps his stomach settled.
He isn’t crate trained.
He has a dog bed in the living area that he will go to or is happy to lie on the sofa, he also has a dog bed on the floor in our room.
He knows basic commands like sit and lie down but will benefit from further training.
He has lots of energy and is eager to please and very food driven.
He has also been around a cat.
Ideally we would like him to go to a home that can offer him lots of their time and to help him burn off his energy, also to a home where he won't be left alone all day.
