This is Wilson, he is an 8 month Pomsky who sadly hasn't had the best start. It took us a lot of digging and messaging lots of people to find out about his start.
But he is now looking for his forever home where he can learn to trust a new family and in return will ensure you are kept on your toes, laughing at his character and he'll fill the home with love.
He walks really nicely on lead and does respond when you need to him to leave things, go a different way or come to you. And he loves really long walks. Very friendly with other dogs and has typical puppy play with them. He gets lots of attention when out by other people and dogs.
He loves his toys, and his record time of removing the squeaker is less than 3 minutes.
He is very treat and food orientated and his second name is 'what's this'.
He is good around cats, we have 2 and he just wants to sniff them and play but after a bit he calms down and just watches them.
He will need some training. This would be recall (he does know his name but doesn't always want to listen), being left alone, possible crate and more basic commands. He does know sit and down with some tempting.
Unfortunately we aren't the right home for him as we brought him under an assumption of him being older and other factors. Sadly we don't have the time to put into puppy training and especially training into be okay when being left.
He loves children and is very gentle with them.
And he loves water as being part husky.
He doesn't bark round the house, only when being left but I'm positive that with training and routine he will settle.
He would be best suited to a family or couple who work from home sometimes during the week, has access to a garden and the time to give consistent training.
He is a lovely dog, has a great funny character and deserves so much love in this world.
I'd be happy to have a further chat about his history with serious potential new homes.
He is still intact and the vet has said that he should wait until at least a year before being done.
We are the microchip holders and we have started his vaccinations due to poor history information. His next vaccination is due 17th September. This is booked in at Woking but can be transferred if moving out of area.
The price reflects serious people.
We are happy to go on walks and meet ups so we can all feel this is right for Wilson. It can be negotiated for the right home and owners.
He will also be rehomed with many items, such as crate, bed, food, toys, harness, lead etc.
