Lur is currently in foster in Kent.
His foster home say he is the most affectionate and cuddly dog. It’s hard not to fall in love with him and it’s simply a joy to watch him discover the joys of home life after so long in the shelter.
He generally sleeps through the night and loves a bedtime cuddle and being close to his humans. He loves a play in the garden and on the beach with the resident dog and has been discovering the toy box too! He’s still a pup in so many ways and is making. up for lost time enjoying all life has to offer.
Lur absolutely adores people and would love a home with people around most of the time. His foster home are working hard on getting him confident with his own company so he can be left short periods of time as well. He gets on really well with the resident dog in his foster home and loves to play so he would do well with buddy in his new home.
Outdoors, he is a typical working setter, lead walking and recall will need more training. His recall is coming along nicely in a secure field though. His toilet training has been excellent with hardly any accidents since he arrived in foster.
He’s fantastic around cars, horses, bikes, tractors and runners. Lur has also been great with other dogs both at home and on walks.
