Description

Unfortunately due to a very sudden change in situation I’m having to rehome my two dogs. I have never had to do this before so I’m not really sure what to say but regardless of how hard this is, I really haven’t got much time to find them a new home 💔. Derek - he is a very energetic, excited boy. He can be difficult to deal with sometimes but with lots of attention and walks he can be well behaved. He is crate trained and does well being left if in his crate but can be mischievous if left alone out of his crate. He absolutely loves walks, playing, cuddling with Dotty and getting all the attention. He is very protective of Dotty when it comes to other dogs and has been known to show some aggression towards other male dogs that have come in the home but has always been great with any dog on walks and out and about. Dotty - she is the most loving, cuddly dog I have ever come across. She loves nothing more than snuggling up with lots of fuss. She eats like a horse for such a tiny dog 🤣. She is also crate trained and I have always had them both in the same crate where they do really well together. She is friendly with everybody and every other dog although does get very excited and tends to bark at other dogs (never in an aggressive way, more so a playful like of bark). They are both from the same litter so brother and sister, they’re just over a year old and have never been separated. I’m not sure whether they would be best kept together or whether separating them would cure some of Derek’s behaviour issues. I’m really not an expert, I just know I need to find them a loving home as quickly as I can. They do both also have cherry eye, it hasn’t been operated on although it has never caused either of them any pain or problems as long as their eyes are kept clean. I have both of there medical records too.
