Well I didn't expect to be doing this. We have had our puppy for 14 months now but we are struggling a little with two dogs, a toddler and both working.
We have thought about letting one of our dogs go for some months now and recently we had an issue that has cemented one needs to go.
He has been amazing with our daughter and they have grown up together but recently he has snapped at her (luckily nothing serious and just a warning as she was trying to ride him). I'm making it sound worse than what it was as I'm trying to be honest as most dogs would have done the same.
When you meet him you would see he is the gentlest loveliest dog but we just don't want to risk him getting worse and think he needs someone who can give him more attention and excersice. He will make an amazing dog for someone but we wouldn't want anyone with smaller children to have him (he is actually wary and scared of other children).
He can walk to heel when he wants to but is still a puller. Recall goes out the window if he sees another dog and will run across fields to go play with them (work in progress). Never shown any aggression to other dogs.
He hasn't had his boosters yet but did have the full course last year and was microchipped.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you want as I won't let him go until I'm happy it's to someone who will love him and make sure he is happy.
