Due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to re-home our puppy Flossie and this is to no fault of her own.
We want her to go to a good home, she's great with children, we have a 2 year old and she's absolutely great with her and literally will tolerate being climbed all over and played with. All Flossie wants is love & attention and she loves snuggles and will lay on you all day if she could.
Sadly due to recent work commitments and a change in our circumstances we are unable to meet Flossies needs.
We are unsure of her breed but we know she is mixed and most likely has st Bernards, Bernese mountain dog & possibly some collie in her, so as you can imagine she will need a lot of exercise and someone willing to dedicate time into training her properly.
She is toilet trained, crate trained, and will sit and lay down on command however she may need some other training as she does like to chew things she shouldn't, but with the right owner this will be easy to train out of her as she is such a quick learner.
She's a very big dog and is still growing, she is not neutered as she has not come on season yet.
She's great with other dogs and very social with both dogs and humans and loves attention. She's great on lead and does not pull however she will need training on her recall when off lead. She does have a slight hunt drive and may go after squirrels so we do not recommend taking her off lead until she's fully trained.
She's honestly such a lovely furry baby but sadly due to my husband working away often I am struggling to train her & walk her whilst taking care of my toddler and our other pets. It's not a decision we've made lightly but we know it's in her best interest to be with someone who can dedicate more time to her.
She would be a great family dog but please only consider if you know you can give her the time & love she deserves.
I'm not sure how she'd get on with cats however we do have a lot of cats in our village and she's never shown any interest in them.
She's microchipped and fully up to date with her vaccines and worm and flea treatment.
I have an XL size crate for her which I am more than happy to give along with her, she also has a lovely pink military style harness and a bullybillows collar and lead which you can have.
