Unfortunately I’m looking to re home my cat he’s 16 months old I’ve had him since a kitten but he doesn’t get on with my British shorthair and I don’t think that’s going to change as she really doesn’t like him he’s been brought up with big dogs and is excellent with them he needs outside space as he didn’t do well being kept in as he’s very active he has been brought up with my daughter who is 12 but isn’t good with small children he can be very playful and will scratch and he’s a big boy the negative trait he does have is he hates being brushed and will display how much he hates it it’s a daily battle I’m not sure if that’s because we’re a multi pet household and he finds it stressful I want him to go to someone who has experience with Maine coons or long haired breeds as it really is quite challenging he can be really affectionate and will follow you around the house he was neutered at 6 months old and is very clean never any accidents indoors he’s not destructive this has been a massive decision for me to rehome him as we’ve just run out of resources to try my other cat will hiss and swipe out him even if he walks past her and I had my other cat first he’s up to date with his jabs and chipped he’s going to be a very big boy as he already weighs 15lb and still has to bulk out as he’s all gangly at the moment where he’s had a massive growth spurt please don’t contact me if you can’t provide what I’ve stated he needs as I don’t want him to then have to be rehomed again
