Heartbroken to be writing this. We got a sausage dog 18 months ago and it terrorises our poor cat non stop. To the point now he just sits outside most of the time. He hates being outside generally, but the sausage terrorist will not stop her reign of terror on him. He is the most loving cat, if he could he would be inside snuggled up on your lap and never go outside again. Trying to keep them seperate is impossible. It’s in his best interest that we try to find a loving family where he can be chilled and allowed to relax in his own home again. He is the most well behaved gentleman of a cat, litter trained, very clean and just loves attention. He loves his food and I don’t want him to spend the winter choosing to be out in the cold rather than live in fear! He is fine with dogs, providing they don’t have an unhealthy obsessive vendetta against cats. He came to us as a kitten whilst we had a 2yo and is unbelievably tolerant with children. He lets all the kids carry him around, dress him up and will happily play. I would love to find him a sausage dog free family that will worship him as we do!
