Paddy (Paddington) is our 8 month old cocker spaniel.
Unfortunately we are not able to give him the time or attention that he needs and we are looking to re-home him with someone who will have the time to dedicate to him and continue his training.
Paddy is a very friendly and outgoing dog who is excited to meet everybody. He is very confident and sociable.
He is housetrained and can be left alone for relatively long periods of time, without any issues. He knows his basic commands (sit / stay / leave) and is still learning how to walk nicely. His recall when in the garden is quite good but I haven’t tested it outside.
He enjoys playing fetch and will bring the ball back to you and he also like playing in water / the sea.
We have had some issues with resource guarding but got past this with some training, however he has lapsed back into this on occasion.
He is good with children (although he is still quite jumpy) and just wants to play with them and is good with other dogs.
