Peanut is a loving 3 to 4 year old fox Pomeranian. He has lived in a quiet home with an older gentleman who sadly passed away and therefore can be nervous and vocal with new people. Using slow introductions and lots of treats however he comes around very quickly and will be your friend in no time. He loves nothing more than playing with leaves in the garden and snuggling on a rug (or the sofa!) on an evening. Peanut walks well on a lead but has not had any off lead or recall training as yet so would require a fully enclosed garden. He walks well and is fine with traffic. Peanut can be vocal with dogs but is often intrigued to have a sniff so would be workable around other dogs in the future, however a dog free home would be needed at this time. Peanut is fully crate trained and often takes himself into the crate for some downtime. He can be left on his own for a few hours once comfortable in the house. He is not used to children so would need a household with older children only who could also work with him slowly to make him comfortable. Peanut is not yet neutered, and TYR will cover the cost of this.
Peanut will be a great companion with a little time and lots of love once he finds his forever home. Please get in touch if you might be the person for him.
