Meet Ozzy and Oscar! This lovely pair was born in a lady’s shed from a colony of feral cats. They were in bad shape and were completely terrified of humans. After spaying their mum and aunt, we decided to take them in to our home to foster and help them build confidence before finding their forever home. It has taken a huge amount of patience and time but they are now ready for their next adventure! They are both completely litter trained, health checked at the vet, wormed and flea treated.
Ozzy is the completely black boy. He has shown a huge amount of progress during his foster stay and has turned into such a loving social boy. He enjoys cuddles, sleeping on the bed with his humans and just generally being a sweetheart! Every morning, he waits until I wake up so that he can smoosh his face into mine, purring away.
Oscar is a little more reserved at the moment. He finds life a little worrying and tends to take his brothers lead. That being said, I’m confident that with some patience and love, he will come right out of his shell just as he has here. He enjoys strokes once he feels safe with you and loves to stretch out on the bed alongside Ozzy. He absolutely loves treats - freeze dried chicken being a favourite! They both love to wrestle and are always playing with one another.
Due to their tough start to life, they are extremely bonded and need a home together. We would like them to go to a home with adults or older children who will respect their boundaries and be gentle around them. People who are confident around cats is a must and I'm happy for them to go to a home with cats already provided they are introduced properly.
As you can understand, I have grown very fond of these two and would need their new owners to fill out a questionnaire, provide pictures of their home and come for a couple of visits before homing.
