Description
Unfortunately we have to let our beloved Dexter go, he requires a home with a bigger garden and more attention. He is crate trained and will come with his own crate
He’s amazing with kids loves the attention and loves his walks, unfortunately with work commitments we can’t keep up with his requirements now
We have a female dachshund and she never likes to leave the house they’re solar opposites,
Dexter will not just be going to anyone who wants him.
He’s microchipped and insured and more than happy to tell you who’s he’s insured through, never had an issue with IVDD or back issues and is really healthy. Absolutely heart broken but he will be better with a bigger garden

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
