Description
Sable is a gorgeous full size (not teacup/mini), Yorkshire Terrier. She was born on 04 September 2024, making her 1 year & 4 months old. She weighs around 4.4kg.
She comes from pedigree parents (I have all the paperwork). She is also microchipped and spayed. She is also up to date on her yearly vaccinations, alongside with her monthly flea/worm treatment.
Sable has a very loving nature, she is a velcro dog and is attached to my hip 24/7. However, due to no fault of her own, she hasn’t been fully socialised and can be very timid around new people/strangers.
I have multiple health conditions and have recently developed a serious heart condition in which I was hospitalised. She ended up in the hands of my mum & dads, however, they have two big boisterous spaniels (which Sable loves being around), however, the fear of them causing injury and it being a long-term thing is the reason we have decided that she should be re-homed. Preferably to a home, with other small doggies (as she doesn’t like being home alone). And preferably a home without small children as she can get very anxious around them.
She has also lived with my cat, whom she is very good with.
Sable is very very smart and intelligent. She is fully trained. She doesn’t like being kept in crates and has always slept on my bed/next to me.
Sable would definitely thrive with a woman caregiver and around other little doggies.
I will let her go with her items, her jumpers/coat & her bed which she lays on in the living room and some food. She is fed Butchers meat twice a day at 150g. She hates biscuits and has a sensitive tummy but she is perfect with the butchers food.
We will be very sad to see Sable go, but unfortunately due to my circumstances I have no other choice.
