Description
I have 2 litters of puppies.
1 litter is from my female dog, Minnie…she has 3 girls and 2 boys. They were born on the 8th of June.
1 litter is from Minnie’s daughter, Moke, who had 2 boys and 4 girls. They were born on the 15th of June.
I knew Minnie was in season and separated the girls from the boys - the pup’s father is also my dog and can be seen - I came down one morning to find my male dog had jumped the baby gate and got his belly band off.
We knew there was a chance Minnie could be pregnant, but as (we thought) Moke wasn’t in season, we weren’t worried about her.
Moke had a litter of puppies last year, this is her second accidental litter.
All the puppies have lovely temperaments and as they’re only a week apart, have grown up together. Both mothers have taken to each others puppies and have mucked in together.
The puppies get on with children and cats…we have a kitten around the same age and they chase, play and sleep together.
They have been crate trained and we used puppy pads, but they have taken to going outside with their parents…when I let them out in the morning, they all go outside to the toilet 🙂
They are being fed pedigree puppy pouches and puppy biscuit.
Minnie - litter 1 - is my teacup chihuahuas daughter, her father was a teacup too, but she’s a lot larger.
Moke - litter 2 - is Minnie’s daughter and granddaughter of my teacup, she is slightly larger than her mother.
Wally - both litters father - is a chihuahua cross, although he was sold as a full chihuahua. DNA tests on previous pups have shown Pekingese, parson Russell terrier, Yorkshire terrier and fox terrier.
These puppies are a mixture of sizes, some will (I think) be a bit bigger than their mothers and others will be smaller. We have 4 smooth coats (they’re quite small) and 7 fluffy coats.
They will be chipped, vaccinated, vet checked and will have been treated for worms and fleas.
All dogs are well loved family pets and these puppies are all well loved too.
I have been sent pictures/videos and updates from the last litter and they’re all doing very well.
Last 3 pictures are Moke with her litter (litter 2) and our 9 week old kitten, Berti, with Stella (litter 1).
