Lexiluk ultrasound scanning and micro chipping service… I have been trained and established in ultrasound and microchip implanting for over 9 years in the kent area. Ultrasound scanning is a great way to detect pregnancy in cats and dogs. Scanning can be preformed from 28 days but I prefer to wait till around 34 days as this way if your pet has taken a few days after a mating pregnancy should still be able to be detected. I will give you a guesstimate on how many viable pregnancies I can see and a idea of due date, no one can give 100% accuracy on ultrasound scans as many things can occurs during gestation. I am also able to detect pyometra which can prove deadly if untreated! Although I can’t diagnose I can advise on what Iv seen and send you away with copies of the scan to show your veterinarian. Copy’s of scans can be emailed over or sent via WhatsApp at no extra cost.
Microchipping is a safe an effected method of securing peace of mind that should your beloved pet go missing & is found he/she can be scanned and with your details on a nationwide database returned to their rightful owners, in April 2016 it became law that all dogs/puppies over the age of 8 weeks must be microchipped so it is a requirement that breeders microchip puppies before rehoming them.
Both these services can be preformed at my home address of DA11 or if you prefer for the service to be preformed at your home address this is also possible but a milage cost will be added. Prices are very competitive & I offer multi animal discounts on both services if more then 1 animal is taking up the service at the same time.
I am fully qualified and capable in both services as well as covered with public liability insurance. I am also available locally to go in and feed your beloved animals while you are away or at work I am fully DBS checked and this can be seen if required.
