Bella is originally from an abusive household and has been with us for the last 1.5years. However, with many dogs in our household coming and going, Bella is now looking for a family with a much calmer environment. Bella is still quite slim as she was starved for a long time, and she is on hypoallergenic food for now to help her digestive system. Bella has been on joint, coat, skin and probiotic supplements with us at all times. She has come a long way and has been exposed to a variety of things. She is amazing with children and loves cats. She can cope with one dog (preferably a golden retriever or a small breed dog), and it will take time adjusting, but she would love life in a family with no other dogs the most. She holds a gold level in obedience class and would be amazing in agility if the right family comes along and gives her the training she needs. We have trained her and loved her, but unfortunately, due to the busy environment in our home, she is not happy and cannot progress further with her recovery. Bella has a mild case of cox back legs, but it does not stop her from being super fast and running through life. Bella needs a family that loves long walks and has an active lifestyle, as she loves being outside. She will bark at random dogs and will guard your home. But for the right person, she will be devoted and will give all her love! She will need time to settle into the new environment, as it took 4 months for her to start opening up to us.
